If you like, you can add services to be outsourced on demand.

Yes. Network Solutions is pleased to assist all our private label customers in migrating an existing shared hosting customer base to the Network Solutions platform. All migrations are carefully planned and communicated through Network Solutions’ Account Management and Technical Services. This attention to detail ensures a smooth transition as well as minimal disruption and churn. Our procedures and tools, with an emphasis on customer care, help both our private label customers and all their SMB customers through the transition.

Network Solutions follows these six steps when migrating a customer base:

  1. Gather customer data from the existing environment.
  2. Map customer data from existing environment to new environment and reconcile differences.
  3. Communicate changes to customers.
  4. Provision new accounts based on new hosting package features chosen.
  5. Copy customer data into new accounts.
  6. Activate the new accounts.
